You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time by:

If you cancel your membership or subscription, you will no longer be billed for the Services, however, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the subscription or membership period during which you canceled, and until any promotional or bonus period(s) have expired, after which time your access to the Services will cease.

No refunds or credits will be issued. We do not provide pro-rated refunds. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but should be cancelled at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
